Founded in 2022 the firm is managed by Ms. Jaya Negi (a trained dancer and yoga instructor) and Mr. Aman Shankar (An IIM Alumuni) . Diablo Dehradun is franchisee of Diablo restropub primarily owned by First Fiddle F&B Pvt Ltd. The brand is owned by Mr. Priyank Sukhija, India's ace restaurateur.
