1.3 Deviations from the provisions in these Terms and Conditions are valid only when confirmed in writing by the management.
1.4 All rights and entitlements stated for Diablo Dehradun in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as any subsequent agreements, also extend to intermediaries and other third parties engaged by Diablo Dehradun.

2. Quality

The restaurant assures that all offered products adhere to the standards of the concept. Any complaints should be promptly reported to the management, and appropriate actions will be taken swiftly.

3. Prices/Offers

3.1 All offers by Diablo Dehradun are non-binding, and Diablo Dehradun expressly reserves the right to modify prices, especially if required due to statutory or other regulations.
3.2 Prices are quoted in rupees and do not include GST.
3.3 Promotional prices may apply in specific cases, valid only for a designated period while stocks last. No entitlement to these prices can be claimed before or after this specified period.
3.4 Diablo Dehradun cannot be held accountable for clearly incorrect price indications, such as those resulting from obvious typographical or printing errors. No rights may be derived from incorrect price information.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Diablo Dehradun retains the right to cancel or alter the date of an event. In such cases, Diablo Dehradun will strive to offer a suitable solution. While every effort will be made to inform you promptly of any changes or cancellations, Diablo Dehradun cannot guarantee timely notification or be held responsible for any resulting costs, such as travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
4.2 Before confirming a reservation, please verify that the correct number of persons has been booked, as wrongfully ordered persons are non-refundable.
4.3 All purchases are final. Dinner cruise tickets and group bookings made on the website cannot be returned for refunds, and cancellations are not accepted.

4. Payments

5.1 All prices include GST.
5.2 Accepted methods of payment: Cash, iDeal, Mr. Cash, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
5.3 Confirmation of your definitive booking will only be provided after payment approval.
